Thomas Adrian Buckley

He was born April 18, 1956, the son of the late Ogden and Velma Jane Buckley.

Thomas graduated in 1974 from Parkersburg South High School. He was previously employed by the WV Board of Education and as a Block Mason and Concrete Finisher. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, and farming. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be greatly missed.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 16 years, Cynthia Buckley; daughters, Jama Knisley of Mineral Wells, Jill Barnette of Given, WV; stepdaughters, Mindy (Joe) Walton, Julie (Kevin) Lebo; sister, Emily (Raymond) Bradley; brothers, Kelsey (Floretta) Buckley, Mark (Debra) Buckley; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; and 5 step great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Naoma (Jim) Marks; and his baby brother, Benjamin.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the funeral home. An online guestbook for condolences is available at www.sunsetparkersburg.com.
