Terry Lee Carpenter

He was born March 18, 1952 in Parkersburg, WV.

He was a member of the Calvary Community Church, and loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Florence Alice Carpenter; five sons, Christopher Charles Lee (Laura, fiancé) Carpenter, Robin Vaughn (Samantha, fiancé ) Carpenter, Timothy Noel Coyle Carpenter, Shane Troy (Rose, fiancé ) Carpenter, and Matthew Wayne (Amanda, fiancé ) Carpenter; and one daughter Loretta Alice Carpenter (Mike) Reesman. Also surviving are three sisters, Connie Vlack, Peggy Webb, and Brenda Carpenter. Terry leaves behind sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Murphy; two sisters, Judy and Barbara; his step father Holbert Murphy, and one brother Charles “Chuck” Carpenter.

Services will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, April 26th, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 pm Friday, April 25th at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
