Robert was born February 12, 1948 in Parkersburg, WV to Robert Gill and May Belle {Haynes} Frazier.
He was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War, retired from Walker Parkersburg and was a member of The Rock Full Gospel Church.
Robert will be deeply missed by his sons, Robert Gene (Casey) Frazier of Shepherdstown, WV, Michael Shaun (Jami) Frazier of Williamstown, WV, Daughter, Jennifer Jill (Roger) Green of Parkersburg, WV, grandchildren, Allexus and Jarrett Frazier,mother, May Belle, brothers, Steve Frazier of Parkersburg and Glenn Frazier of KY and sisters, Melody Stivers of Parkersburg, Donna Rossbo of California and Diane Caison of Parkersburg.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Mae and father, Robert Gill.
Visitation will be September 4, 2019 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Buddy Bunner officiating.
