Judith Ann (Judy) Shepherd 81 of The Willows, Parkersburg passed away March 14, 2019 .

She was born in Ritchie County a daughter of Harold and Ruby Jeffries Jones.

Judy was a member of the Pike Church of God-Ellenboro, WV, the Order of Eastern Star and was an avid camper and fisherwoman.

Surviving Judy are three children: Donald W. Shepherd of Parkersburg, Joseph Shepherd of Parkersburg and Theresa Heckert of Washington, WV., 5 grandchildren: Jade Brooks, Cari Lucas, Kyle Shepherd, Judith Shepherd and Jacob Shepherd, two sisters Carolyn McAfee and Virginia Sheplar.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sister: Betty Leisure and brother Tom Jones.

Funeral services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Saturday March 16, 2019 with Reverend Joyce Hill officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11AM until the time of services at 1:00 P. M.

Entombment will follow in the 10 Commandments Mausoleum at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Funeral arrangement have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home of Parkersburg.
