Jackie Lee Davis

He was born January 9, 1940, in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Ray Davis and Etta Lynch Davis.

Jackie was in the Army National Guard. He retired from the Parkersburg City Fire Department after many years of service. He attended Parkersburg Christian Church. He was a loving husband, dad, and grandpa. He will missed beyond measure by all who knew and loved him.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his daughter, Denise Davis of Parkersburg, WV; granddaughter, Shannan (Adam) Davis Tschopp; best friend, Robert “Fizz” Phillips, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Billie; step-dad, Newt McWilliams; brother, Melvin Davis; sister, Evelyn Davis Kimes.

Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday October 7, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with George Hall officiating. Burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. Friday October 6, 2023 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service.
