He was born June 9, 1947, in Naoma, WV.
Lee retired from Degussa Carbon Black after 35 years of service. Lee also played slowpitch softball for over 45 years in the Parkersburg area. Lastly, he loved his church family and friends. He attended 14th Avenue Gospel Mission Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Candy; two sons, Todd Morris and Brad (Stephanie) Morris; 4 grandchildren, Averie, Ashlee, Braden, and Seth, who all called him “Pappaw”; 1 brother, Ray Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Carlos and Ruby Morris, he was preceded in death by one brother, Norman Peters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., and will be officiated by Pastor Tim Burch.
