Geneva "Genny" E. Marion

Genny was born August 12, 1933 in Marietta, OH to Clarence and Helen Mable {Wagner} Murray.

She was an avid card player and liked being outside, gardening and yard sales. Genny enjoyed taking trips and loved spending time with her family.

Genny will be deeply missed by her son Francis J. “Jim” (Jan) Marion of Mineral Wells; grandchildren John “Butch” (Debbie) Marion of Barboursville and Jamie (Justin) Cutlip of Parkersburg; great-grandchildren Lauren (Andrew) Harpold of Parkersburg and Zach Marion of Daytona Beach, FL; numerous nieces and nephews; brothers Duane Murray and Kenny (Lela) Murray both of Marietta; sisters Marjorie Richard of Canton and Bernice Morrison of Thonotosassa, FL.

Genny was preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis “Ray” of 46 years, brothers Clarence “Bebo”, Harry, Paul, Bob and Arthur; sisters Cleora, Viola, Bertha, Betty and Mary.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 12-1 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 pm at the funeral home with Rev.
