She was born and raised in Parkersburg, WV. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Agnes Marie Sims and Brady Sims.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Starcher of Slate, WV, Rebecca Somerville of Slate, WV, and Della Eaton of Chesterville, WV; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; her children’s father, Manford S. Kelley, Jr. and one brother David Gail Sims of Buck Run, WV.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Buddy and Gary Lee Sims, and two children Mansford S. Kelley III, and Dorothy M.Kelley, and one sister Loretta Sims.
Services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with visitation November 11th at 6:00-8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Reverend Glen McBride officiating over the services. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
