David Wayne Petty, 59, of Parkersburg, passed away November 22, 2015 at The Willows, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He was the son of Donald and Margaret Petty. David was loved by all who knew him. The staff at The Willows, especially Linda, Nora and Brad were also his special friends but everyone was so kind. He left behind one brother; Robert Minnick of Phoenix, AZ and one sister, Ruth Brown of Parkersburg. Kittys and Nascars Dale Jr. were his passion. There will be no services.
