He was born July 9, 1948 in Wood County, WV, the son of the late George and Della (Richards) Deuley. He was a Christian by faith, loved helping others, and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by many.
Dale retired from the WV Department of Highways with 38 years of service. He loved working with his tractors and spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Sally Deuley; children, Terry (Kathy) Deuley of Williamstown, WV, and Tammy (Kevin) Nutter of Parkersburg, WV; grandchildren, Kyle (Maylynn) Deuley of Davisville, WV, Travis (Torie) Deuley of Veto, OH, Marisa (James) Kendrick of Fort Stewart, GA, and Logan Nutter of Parkersburg, WV; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Zack, and Oliver Deuley; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Marie Deuley; three brothers, Willard, Franklin, and Bobby Deuley; two sisters, Bernice Deuley and Martha Dawson.
There will be no visitation or service per Dale’s request. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens. A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
