Charlotte retired from Kmart in Vienna as area sales manager. She was a member of the Summit Valley United Methodist Church. She loved doing crafts, flower arrangements, going to yard sales and cooking. She also loved being outside with her flowers and enjoyed riding four wheelers. Charlotte was one of the strongest women you would ever meet.
Charlotte will be deeply missed by her son, Darrell (April) Riffle of Walker, WV, brother, Carlton Theobald of Walker, WV, her fur baby, Crackers and special thanks to her care giver, Tabitha Bolek
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 65 years, Eugene and brother, Donald.
Visitation will be Monday, June 13, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 14 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Morgan officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
