Thomas E. Fortner, 65, of Paris, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Brentwood Terrace. Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Private burial will be scheduled by the family. Mr. Fortner, the son of Howard & Delores Fortner, was born May 2, 1949, in Bastrop. He was self-employed. Survivors include his wife, Jean Elmore Fortner, one son, Aaron Fortner & wife Marla, one daughter, Rachel Coltharp & husband Brent, five grandchildren, Lincoln, James, Reagan and Grant Coltharp and Andrew Fortner, two brothers, Leroy Fortner and Ewin Fortner.
