Mary Francis Wilson

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 18th at Highland Cemetery in Deport. Mrs. Wilson, the daughter of Tommy Cloyd Staley & Ruby Thurman Staley, was born December 16, 1932, in Roxton, TX. On April 9, 1970, she married D. L. Wilson, and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and eight siblings, Eugene Staley & wife Jane, Neva Nell Armstrong & husband Harold Lloyd, Lealon Staley & wife Sue, Billy Ebb Staley & wife Jan, Jimmy Staley, Claudine Wood, Harley Ray Staley, and Tommy Staley, Jr. and a sister-in-law, Lois Staley.

Survivors include one sister, Joy Whitaker & husband Bobby, one brother, Bobby Staley, two sisters-in-law, Norma Staley and Lucy Staley, and one brother-in-law, John Wood along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends. Mrs. Wilson worked a number of years at Staley BBQ. She was of the Baptist faith.

The family would like to extend appreciation to the caregivers from Waterford Hospice, Lenora Council and Mallory Plemons, for the loving care given their loved one.
