Glenda Marilyn James, 84, of Paris, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, at Stillhouse Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home will make private burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Glenda will be laid to rest by her mother & father, Venetia Jones James and Carmack James.
She was born Oct. 29, 1939, in Paris, Texas.
Glenda had a love of nature and animals, especially her beloved dogs. She was a faithful member of The Lighthouse Church and the singles group that had been led by Dr. Tom Calk.
She was preceded in death by her parents and many dear friends including Dr. Tom Calk whom she relied on until his passing.
