Elizabeth Ellen "Beth" Cole

Elizabeth was a charismatic, funny, gregarious, loving, beautiful, brave, and incredibly special mother, daughter, sister, friend, and woman.

Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Elizabeth was a graduate of Paris High School and a doting mother to 3 beautiful children: Rylan Kade Westbrook, 19, Mavryk Zane Westbrook, 16, and Clara Eve Westbrook, 12. Elizabeth's smile could light up any room she was in and her beautiful green eyes shined just as bright.

She is survived by her 3 amazing children Rylan, Mavryk, and Clara Westbrook, her loving mother and father Jeanine and Jerry Cole, siblings Ross Cole, Bonnie Cole, and Sheree Hutchings, as well as nieces and nephews Olivia, Ethan, and Emma Cole, Gage Kyle, and D'Maci Hutchings.

The memorial service to celebrate Elizabeth's life, all the joy she brought to our lives, and the memories we will cherish for eternity will be held from 2 - 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Heritage Hall, located at 1009 W Kaufman street in Paris, Texas for friends and family.
