Bobby, the son of G. W. Parker & Connie Kitchens Parker, was born Jan. 22, 1955, in Memphis, TX.
He graduated from Paris High School and entered the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Following his honorable discharge from the military, he became a carpenter, building a career that spanned a number of years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Jerry Parker, Joe Neal Parker, Earnest Parker, Peggy Wasson, and Regina Parker.
Survivors include his daughter, Stormy Tucker & husband Jessie, grandchildren, Austin Dale Tucker, Jessie Aaron Tucker, and Blayne Preston Tucker, sisters, Pat Neal & husband Sonny and Jackie Parker, a sister-in-law, Jeanie Parker, and numerous nieces & nephews along with a host of friends including special friends, Chris Bramlett and Charlie McDowell.
