Cremation was entrusted to Bright-Holland Funeral Home. At a future date inurnment will be made at Evergreen Cemetery.
Bobby, the son of Hamilton Feagan & Ethel Irene Hilliard Feagan, was born Aug. 30, 1939, in Paris, TX.
He graduated from Paris High School and served honorably in the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Rodgers Feagan.
