Annette Chennault Mills, 76, of Paris, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016, at her home. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 13th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Evers & Rev. Larry Young officiating. Burial will follow in Knights of Honor Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 – 8 p.m. Annette, the daughter of Willis Hymer & Vera Louise Hill Weddle, was born September 27, 1939, in Rugby. She was a caregiver and attended the Pentecostal Church. Annette was a nursery attendant for a number of years at several area churches. Annette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & sister who never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Opal Ray Chennault, on April 27, 1969. Also by her parents and four siblings, Betty Lou Barry, Ronnie Weddle, Junior Weddle and Neil Weddle. Survivors include her husband, Jimmie L. Mills, three children, Jackie Chennault & Kay Hill of Paris, Danny Chennault & wife Sherry of Blossom and Debbie Carolyn Miller & husband Gary of Blossom, grandchildren, Rachelle Chennault, Shane Chennault & wife Nikki, April Miller & husband Charles, Tiffany Coward & husband Jayson, Jessica Holland & husband Daniel, Amy Chennault, Ashley Williams & husband Derek, and Derek Chennault, 13 great grandchildren, one brother, Jim Weddle & wife Kathy along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends including her special friend, Angie Jones. Casket bearers will be: Shane Chennault, Jayson Coward, Daniel Holland, Derek Williams, Derek Chennault and Christian Payton.
