Lawrence Joseph "Larry" Travaglia

Morris Plains, NJ-Lawrence J Travaglia was born on May 30th, in Morristown N.J to Mary and Nicholas Travaglia on 1935. Larry (84) passed away on Monday, May 11th, 2020. He has lived in Morris Plains for over 50 years.

Larry worked at Allied Chemical Co. He also owned the Liquor Store in Morris Plains for many years.

Larry loved to play golf and he was a big fan of NY Giants. He was a member of a Rotary Club of Morris Plains. He was involved in numerous Charities.

He was a member of St. Virgil’s Church and was a warm and engaging man. He enjoyed meeting his friends and maintained relationships from high school with many people. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather also loving stepfather and step grandfather.

He is survived by his second wife Czeslawa Travaglia, his sons, Lawrence Jr and Michael Sr. He is also survived by his daughters-in law Theresa and Cheryl, and his grandsons, LJ, Thomas, Michael Jr and Julian. Larry joined his external life with his beloved first wife Roseann Travaglia who passed away in 2008.

Also, He will be deeply missed by his stepchildren and step grandchildren.

The funeral will be private. A memorial service will be held at later time. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Neptune Cremation Society, Paramus, NJ.
