William Henry Beerline was born on October 25, 1939 to George and Caroline Beerline in Omaha, Nebraska, and left us too soon on April 15, 2016. Dearly known around town as Bill, William worked for a local grain elevator for a time until he was called into service and spent 2 years stationed in Germany. Later he studied Business and Finances at the University of Omaha, and became an astute investor that served him well through the rest of his life. Bill also worked as a service manager at Gruby Chysler Plymouth for approximately 30 years, and was a Papillion Volunteer firefighter for 16 years.
Hunting and fishing was Bill's true passion, and he spent most of his free time at the Platte river with his Black Lab, Carrie. Bill has also been a devoted and highly valued member at the Papillion Gun Club, making friends and warming hearts with his quiet but constant presence and endless acts of kindness and generosity.
Bill is survived by his sister Carol Rae Zicht, nephews John, Tyler and Mike, and grand nephews Reece, Tucker, Jacob and Anthony. He was a beloved brother and uncle, and will be remembered fondly and missed dearly. His presence will always be felt in his piece of heaven that is the 'River.' There is no one more deserving of a spot in heaven.
