Patrick Dale Schmiesing

Pat graduated from Creighton University with a degree in business administration. He worked as an accountant before pursuing his dream of opening his own business. He was the proud owner of Learning Express Toys for over 25 years.

Pat was a loyal husband and a loving father. He planned the best vacations full of fun and relaxation. His favorite sport was soccer. Through coaching his children and playing on numerous teams he met many of his lifelong friends. He always had a funny fact or story to share that could fill any room with laughter.

Pat’s big smile and his enthusiasm for life will be greatly missed. He will be honored in a memorial service at Saint Matthew Catholic Church in Bellevue at 11:00am on Monday, April 10th, with a Celebration of Life to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials are being collected for Toys for Tots via venmo @LEToysOmaha.
