I loved to tease Karl about coming in "a distant third" behind me in the running for Leetonia class valedictorian. He was so sensitive about it! He and I missed a chance to get together for a spring training ball game in Phoenix in 2013, and we said we would try again this spring. When I went to an April Cubs game, I thought about him the whole time...his determination, intellect, and most of all his great sense of humor.

Karl was a true gentleman he was loved by many an will be missed by more. Garry just wants him to walk in the back door again even though we know it won't happen...He had to bring in the sign out front every nite he said that was his job!!! We have so many fond memories an they will be in our hearts forever an a day...till we meet again dear friend we love an miss you!!!!

Rest in Peace, Karl. We will miss your smile at the end of the bar.

KARL LOVED LEETONIA AND NEVER MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT. WE PLAYED GOLF TOGETHER ALMOST EVERY YEAR. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL HIS LIFETIME FRIENDS AND CLASSMATES. HE ALWAYS TALKED WITH LOVE ABOUT HIS 3 CHILDREN.  HE WILL BE MISSED, BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN.

Shannon and I are so sorry for your loss. Karl was such a great man and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed but never forgotten. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers!

Karl...with a "K"...Koach...Mayor...true friend to all lucky enough to know him.  From all, they describe Karl as a "Gentleman".  Rare in this day. So loved, and so missed, a whole in our hearts. He always had a smile on his face when we saw him.  We are very sad to hear of his passing. We will miss seeing his smile.    God Bless Karl and his family.

I will dearly miss Karl. We were always cart partners, Maureen and I just spent time with Karl a couple weeks ago we are glad to have those recent last memories.  Golf will never be the same.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We already miss Karl terribly!!  He was a great friend to both of us and a valued golf buddy to Joe and the others in "THE MORRIS GROUP."  That group of guys has decided to FOREVER keep THE MORRIS GROUP as their identity in remembrance of Karl.  We will always remember Karl for his kindnesses--he was always a true gentleman.  We send our deepest sympathy to Karl's beautiful family.  He lovingly spoke to us of his family very often as he adored you all!!!  We are terribly sorry we cannot be at the service, but we will hold you all in thought and prayer.

You will always be in out hearts and thoughts, we will miss you greatly.

We are so sorry for all of you.  This is a very difficult time and there is not much we can say to ease your pain.  Love and memories will carry you through and family and friends too.  We love you!
