She was a lifelong resident of Paoli, PA. Ginny (known to most) was born on September 21, 1942 in Bryn Mawr, PA to Dominic and Ida Giovannini. She graduated from Conestoga High school, was a majorette in the High School Marching Band and worked at the Big Pixie in Paoli. Ginny went on to establish her career as an administrative assistant at AT&T in Wayne and spent over 25 years at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Virginia enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore with her family and cooking old Italian Family recipes w/her cousins. Those that know her best, know she enjoyed her day trips to Shady Maple to pick up a cake for a family gathering. Virginia loved watching her granddaughter, Gianna play Field Hockey and Lacrosse, she was her pride and joy. She was very handy with various home repair projects around the house.
Virginia was preceded in death by Dominic and Ida Giovannini.
Virginia is survived by her daughter Nicole Mastrocola, Granddaughter Gianna Mastrocola, Sister Joan Cabral, Cousins Francis Palmieri, Virginia DiFronzo, and Aunt Helen Giovannini.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, March 14th at 11:30 am from St. Patrick's Church in Malvern. Burial to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA. Visitation Tuesday morning from 10:30-11:30 in the Church.
