I was the project manager in charge of the construction of the Chester County Library in Exton in +/- 1978 designed by Mr. Kling. He was a pleasure to work with and was tough but fair and very passionate that his design intent be carefully incorporated into the building. In later years he would visit my wife whom was the principal of the Charlestown Elementary School and designed by Oscar Stanoroff and a close associate of Vinces. We were guests at a few of his famous home parties' and were able to enjoy his company on several occasions.  I value the time I was able to spend with this very unusual man
