Margaret Natalie Nicola was born on December 25th, 1931 in Randazzo, Sicily. She moved to the United States with her parents Giuseppe and Eloisa Leanza, and her sister Nance. There she met her husband of 65 years, William Nicola. Together they had four boys; Thomas, William, Joseph (previously deceased), and Daniel. And four grand children; Kimberly, Joseph, John, and Anne-Marie. Margaret Nicola passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday April 4th, 2021.
A private funeral service will be held on Thursday April 8th for immediate family members. A full memorial service will be held at a later date subject to the end of the pandemic. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
