John Joseph Eberl

John J. Eberl, 67, passed suddenly on Tuesday, Febuary 9, 2016. John was born in Olean, NY, son of the late Philip G. Eberl and Rita Hammer Eberl. John is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Carol S. Eberl. His four cherished children, John F. Eberl (Jacquelyn), Peter M. Eberl (Joan), Cayt E. Kirkman (Eric) and Jessica A. Eberl (Phil); His five precious grandchildren; Grace Eberl, Alexa Eberl, Olivia Eberl, EJ Kirkman and Kenize Eberl and his siblings; Philip J. Eberl, Mark A. Eberl (Linda) and Rita Ann Welsh (William). Predeceased by his sister Kitty Eberl.

John graduated from Otto-Eldred High School in 1966; Cheyney University in 1970 and completed his graduate work at Temple University. He taught at Methacton High School and enjoyed coaching soccer. John established Eberl Builders in 1972, which he ran until his retirement. In his retirement, he was a member of the Catalina Pool Family. Visitation will be held at Saint Patrick Church (25 Channing St., Malvern) on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 10:00am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00am (private interment).
