Dominic brought out the best in me as a teacher and as an individual. As his 5th grade teacher, I was blessed to see his beautiful face everyday. Dominic and I would smile and one another and if he started singing, I joined in and we were a duet. Singing is God's echo of music within us. I was blessed to have such a student carry this throughout my day as a teacher and throughout my years at St. Monica's. Dominic's love of life, joy, and voice echos in our hearts and may it always radiate through us. My heart aches for such a loss to this life. May my prayers, words, actions, and life be a reflection of Dominic to bring comfort to all who love him and miss him so much.
