Staci Warshaw Brenner, age 73, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family in Palm Beach on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Born in Miami on August 8, 1938, She was a graduate of the University of Miami. Staci was an accomplished thespian and teacher.
Staci moved to West Palm Beach in 1964, when she married and raised her children. She was an active and integral part of the community. Staci was a leader in the Jewish community holding many leadership positions at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County and other organizations. She was one of the founders of the local chapter of Hadassah, Bat Gurion.
Staci was known for her warmth, sense of humor and love of life. She was giving, caring and loving to everyone she met. She was beloved by all who knew her.
Staci's greatest joy in life was her family. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother and friend. She is survived by her devoted husband Stan Brenner, her loving daughter Tami Baldinger and her husband Jim, and her loving son Gary Lesser and his wife Jennifer. Staci is also survived by her remarkable mother Mona Warshaw, and her two special brothers, Dr. Ira Warshaw and Dr. Howard Warshaw. She was preceded in death by her brother Dr. Joseph Warshaw.
Staci was the proud and incredibly loving grandmother who adored her nine precious granddaughters: Sarah, Jessica and Emma Baldinger, Lillian, Josie and Rebecca Lesser, Katie Brenner, Emma Brenner-Malin and Adrienne Weber.
Staci is also survived by her loving sisters Laurel Terry, Jane Warshaw and Cynthia Warshaw, her step children Cathie Brenner and Mark Weber and Rick and Suzanne Brenner, and her dear friend and former husband Shepard Lesser.
The family would like to thank the many people, family and friends, who have given so much love and support to Staci.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 1st at 2:00 pm at Temple Israel located at 1901 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
