We are deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of Richard (Dick) Gordon, a member of Admirals Cove for 32 years. A past Commodore of the Admirals Cove Yacht Club and an active participant in club life, Dick will be remembered fondly for his friendly and outgoing personality.
A retired executive from the electronics industry, Richard is a founding member and past chairman of the FAU Wilkes Honors College Advisory Board and has been a member of numerous board committees for FAU. He has generously supported programs for both faculty and students, including founding the Dian Gordon Memorial Honors Scholarship (named for his late wife) and the Richard and Dian Gordon Honors Scholarship.

Services will be held Wednesday January 9, 2019 11:00 am at the I.J. Morris at Star of David Cemetery
9321 Memorial Park Rd. West Palm Beach, Fl 33412.
The family will accept visitors in the Upper Lounge of the Club at Admirals Cove Beginning at 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesday after the funeral services and again on Thursday January 10, 2019 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the Upper Lounge of the East Clubhouse.
