Just a smile, a tear, and fond memories of a wonderful man, Joel Orgler.  Your legacy lives on through your family, friends, and anyone who has spent any time with you.  There is a warm feeling within our hearts in remembering and carrying on your kind and caring ways, always with the greater good in mind.  That is a legacy we should all be inspired to live up to.  You've finished one chapter and are beginning a new chapter of this thing we call eternity.  Love like there are no tomorrows.  Laugh and enjoy the friends and family that have walked on who celebrate with you, and those of us who honor you in our daily lives until our paths cross again.  Thank you!  Your time continues to be well spent.

I worked for Joel for 51 years, he taught me allot.  He was a really good man!  Always spoke about his children and grand kids.  I know he is missed by all of us. John Swensen

How does one take only a moment to remember Mr. Joel Orgler.  I remember when he would come to the MD office and stand behind me and watch me type.  It puts a smile on my face when I think of him. He always made time to speak with me, and the conversations were sincere.  He was definitely one of a kind.  He was a kind and generous man who touched so very many hearts.  He truly cared about and loved his employees, his family and if he came across your path in life, he was a man who touched your life in a way that made you want to always work towards the greater good.  He was a selfless, honorable man (true honor is a rare commodity these days) who was fair.  I can only thank him for the many years I had the pleasure of working with him.  I will think of him fondly and move forward with quiet grace in my way of honoring the man who was very simply a fantastic person.

Today the Tri-State Envelope Corporation is honoring it's founder with a minute of silence before each shift and office and sales will honor at 10AM with the first shift.  This gives us all a chance to remember what a caring and great man he was!  May he rest in peace.

A gift from above that Joel Orgler came into my life. It was 1979 and as a result, Capital Mailing Services was born. Joel was my Angel ...he was the owner  of Capital Mail-from afar for  the next 9 years.  Smart,  classy with a GQ persona, honest, imaginative, caring and a true humanitarian... that was Mr. Orgler... my friend and angel. He allowed me to purchase “Capital” in a way as if I were his son. Today I learned of Joel’s passing.... a month too late, however Joel Orgler is in my heart and memory...FOREVER! RIP my mentor, friend and angel!🙏🏼❤️

I am so very sorry to hear of Mr. Orgler’s passing.  My husband Buzz was employed by your father for 40 years.  He was not just a boss to Buzz but also a friend.  Buzz had a tremendous amount of respect for Mr. Orgler both professionally and personal.  Mr. Orgler was a special man and a true gentleman.  He was so caring and wanted the best for his employees.  We were truly blessed to be part of his Tri-State family.  My deepest sympathy to his entire family.

My condolences to Joel Orgler’s family. I worked for Mr Orgler at Tri State Envelope from 1976-1981 when I left to be a stay at home mom. He was a great boss and gracious to all of us.

As my late father's best friend, I was fortunate to spend time with Joel over the years.  He radiated decency. It was an honor to have him sign the Ketubah as a witness at my wedding in 2017. I only wish I had spent more time  talking and learning from him. I was in the room when he last visited my father the week of his death in 2014. My father was conscious but not really able to communicate. Joel's last words to him were, "You did good Harris." If my father were here, I know he'd agree, "You did good Joel." My condolences to the extended Orgler family. Your father was a good and decent man and will be missed by many. 

I have never met Joel but his character and good works preceded him.  My brother worked for Joel for many years and only had good things to say about him.  This is a testament to Joel being an extraordinary person. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends who had the gift of knowing and loving him.

My husband & I have worked at Tri-State in Beltsville, MD for 29+ years.  Mr. Orgler only visited on a handful of occasions but each of those times he left a lasting impression on us.  Our deepest condolences to the entire family.   Brian & Shawn Cuffley

I always will remember him as a very honorable man and loved the talks my husband and I had with him.May the family have comfort in their wonderful memories of man who's life was well spent.

For the past 40 years your Dad has been an important part of my life. He was an honest mentor and friend.
Sue and I were fortunate to visit with him during our trips to Florida or as he said "paradise".  And we appreciated seeing him and his family last year for his 84th birthday.
We extend our sympathy to his family.  His life and legacy make the world a better placed for all who knew him.

Mr. Orgler, you will always have a special place in my heart.
24 years have passed, 24 loyal and grateful years that I have served you and your  family whole-heartedly, yet never there was a time that I fall short of being tired with you because you are already a family to me. Having been raised without a father, you are my father figure, which your love, support, and concern filled this emptiness in my heart. I am always indebted of how I am right now because of you. I am truly blessed that God has brought me to you whom I have considered as my father and my family. God knows how much I care for you and have served you not as an employee, but have always served you with love and loyalty because you also have supported me more than what I deserve. It pains me so much now that you're gone. It pains me so much that you, whom I considered my father isn't here with me anymore, because I will never get tired of taking care of you until your last breath. Mr. Orgler, please know that you will surely be missed and that I could never forget you for the rest of my life. You will forever be loved. I Love You😘😘😘 Until we meet again and Mary Ann. 

Tri-State has lost a wonderful man.  I have worked for this company for 35+ years, and it has been my pleasure to work for such a kind and caring person.  Mr. Orgler always made time for his employees.  He was tough when he needed to be, but he also had a gentle kindness about him that was truly sincere.  His genuine regard for Tri-State as a whole lasted a lifetime and will continue on in his legacy of vision.  I will fondly remember this man for his work ethic, his generosity of spirit, and the many heart prints he has left.  At the end of the day, it's the hearts that have been touched that matter the most, and it is the measure of one's life.  Anyone who knew him has an ache in their heart today and a smile for the moments shared with this man who has lived his life so well.  May you reunite with those you have loved, and find a quiet peace.

Was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of  Joel who was our friend and founder of  the Tri-State Envelope Corporation  for which we work for. He will surely be missed by many friends and families and co-workers.

My husband worked at Tri-State Envelope inAshland for over 30 years until he had a stroke. Mr. Orgler came to see him at the hospital in Allentown which meant so much to my husband. He always took care of his employees and showed concern for them if they were having any difficulties. 
He will be missed by many and we will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.

Your father was a great man!  I started working for him when I was 12 shoveling snow.  Spent 51 years learning and working with him.  When he made me President he said " I'd like to think I would live forever but we both know that's not happening.  I want to be sure Tri-State is in good hands when I go".  I will continue your father's work.  He will be missed by all! John
