Chad is survived by his spouse, Victoria Ward; his daughter Izzy Ward; his parents Alan and Nancy Ward.
A Memorial Service for Chad will be held 11:30 am, Friday, February 10, 2023 at Temple Beth Torah, 900 Big Blue Trce, Wellington, FL 33414. Following the Memorial Service will be a Graveside Service at 1:30 pm at Star of David Cemetery of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412.
