Sandy was born in Knox County Kentucky; he graduated high school and went on to serve in the Army. He was employed by Hilton Drug Company where he worked as a Technician, he also worked as a Barber and loved his clients.
Sandy loved baseball and even played on a baseball team. He loved to visit Florida and took his family there every summer. Sandy and his family loved to picnic together and ride Coney Island rides.
Sandy was always kind and loving. He loved to joke around and laugh and sometimes greeted people by wiggling your ear lobe and saying silly things to make them laugh.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Carol, his mother Mabel Miller, O. W. Miller and his daughter, Rebecca Farmer. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Pekar, four great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. He had two dogs, Big Boy and Scrapper whom he loved dearly.
Above all, Sandy loved the Lord Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Faith Baptist Church of Palm Bay.
He was to rest at Lake Worth Memory Gardens in Lake Worth, Florida.
