Robert retired from the United States Airforce as a MSGT after 22 years of service, in 1972.
He belonged to St. Joseph's Catholic Church where he served as a head Usher for many dedicated years.
And also belonged to the Knights of Columbus and achieved the rank of 4th degree Knight. His hobbies included calling Bingo, installing sprinkler systems, and traveling the world.
Robert is pre-deceased by his wife Jennie C Goldbach, and his brother's Clarence, Leonard, and James Goldbach. He is survived by his 2 children Robert J Goldbach (Rachel) and Nancy L Steward as well as his brother Victor Goldbach(Janice) and his sister's Lucille Mancl and Ann Williamson (Craig). He has 3 Grand-Daughters who were the love of his life, April N Silvernail (Christy), CPO Erin C Burmeister (Dominic), And Julia A Jones (Phillip). And the true rockstars of his life are his Great-Grandchildren Alexis S Nichter, Anthony D Hernandez, Addison G Tovias, and Avery H Tovias along with many Nieces and Nephews.
A visitation for Robert will be held Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. A funeral service will occur Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. A graveside service will occur Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. An entombment will occur at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
