She was born in Warwick New York and lived in Florida for 15 years coming from Spring Valley New York.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. A Life member of the ladies Auxiliary Columbian Fire Eng.Co SVFD.
Surviving are her ex-husband, Douglas F. Schoonover Sr. of Stuart, FL, daughter Bonnie Jean Rakowski, Son in law David Rakowski, granddaughter Colleen Rakowski , son Douglas F. Schoonover Jr., daughter in law Ann Marie Schoonover, grandaughter Kathleen Elizabeth Schoonover, Son John P. Schoonover Sr., daughter in law Marcella A. Schoonover, grandson, John P. Schoonover Jr., grandaughters, Amy L. Schoonover, Kaitlynn M. Schoonover and Jessica A. Hladik.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011. Friends may call Sunday from 1 to 2 pm. Entombment will follow in Fountainhead Memorial park.
