Michael A. Guarino

Mike was born on November 21, 1941 in Stamford, Connecticut to Tony and Jennie Guarino.

He moved to Brevard County, Florida with his family in 1974 where he was a building and painting contractor. In 2019 he moved to Brandenburg, Kentucky to spend his final days in the country with his son, Anthony and family.

Mike had a love for animals and music and enjoyed nature. He was interested in architecture, interior design, painting, drawing and loved to read and study various topics. He was a strong and determined man who loved his family. He will always be his children’s hero.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Jenny Guarino; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Crista Guarino; daughter, Sharyn Guarino; son, Michael Guarino; 6 grandchildren and 1 step grandchild, Kayla Ellis, Jackie Wyse, Sarah Welch, Anthony Guarino, Ellen Guarino and Kaci Cantlon; 5 great grandchildren, Cecilia, Dylan, Julia, Zephyr and Serenity; sister, Vincenza (Winnie) Hatchel; niece, Debbie Mistretta; and former wife and mother of his children, Phyllis Guarino.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Jennie and his grandson, Jacob Michael Jamison.

A visitation has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. at Fountainhead Memorial located at 7303 Babcock St. SE in Palm Bay, Florida.
