Matthew Edison Bremer

in Palm Bay and graduated from Bayside High School. He was a model and was awarded the 2011 model

of the year. He also worked for his father at HRC Painting. Matthew was also a 2 time National

Champion in ATV Motocross. He was always willing to help and often put others ahead of himself.

Matthew is survived by his mother Heather Hammond of Gainesville and he was fortunate to have

two fathers Benjamin Bremer and Jason Hammond. He is also survived by his brothers Zachary and

Alexander and his grandparents Edward and Pamela Hammond.

A visitation will be held Saturday March 31, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Fountainhead Funeral Home. Services

will be held at 1 p.m. April 1, 2012 at the funeral home, and the family will receive friends two hours

prior.
