Mary E. Norwood

Mary E. Norwood, age 89, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born May 12, 1932 in Horseheads, NY. She came to Brevard County in 2000 from Syracuse, NY.

Mary was a Life Insurance agent for many years with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., and most recently, retired from Sears Department Store as a floor covering sales associate.

Mary was predeceased by her husband James H. Norwood, and 2 sons Steven M. Flynn and Bruce T. Flynn. Mary is survived by her daughters Susan Massey of Florida, Kathleen Skeels (Jeff) of Montana, and Laura Cunningham of Florida; also survived by her 2 remaining siblings, sister Ann Beardslee (Lee) and brother Donald Farr (Ann). Mary loved her family; she was so proud of all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Mary will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Peace Lutheran Church of Palm Bay, 1801 Port Malabar Blvd NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32905.
