Born in Albany New York, she was the daughter of Pluster and Jennie Gianquitto. She graduated Albany High School . She was employed at Grand Union and worked in the bakery as a supervisor.
She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing Bingo, playing various card games and was an avid reader. She will be remembered for her strong faith in God. She was easy to talk to and was interested in a wide range of subjects.
She is survived by her son Edward Ostrom and his wife Joanna and their son Zachary as well as her sister Marie Weber. She was predeceased by her brother Anthony Gianquitto.
A visitation for Jean will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. Following the visitation will be a commital service at 2:00 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
