Gifford Paul, Sr.

Celebrating the life of Gifford Paul Sr (03-19-1914 – 04-06-2015) Gifford Paul Sr departed this life for his eternal rest Monday April 6, 2015 at Atlantic Shores Nursing Home in the presence of his loving family. Gifford was born in Kingston Jamaica to the loving parents of Thomas and Ianthie Paul.

After finishing high school Gifford began working for the Jamaica Postal Services as an inspector. He later retired at age fifty five and moved to Queens, NY. After living there for many years he moved with his family to Palm Bay, FL.

Gifford enjoyed outings with his family, parties, family gatherings and he also like to play cricket.

He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty eight years Ivy Paul.

He leaves to mourn four son’s Ferdinand Paul of Palm Bay, FL; Roy and his wife Merlene of Palm Bay, FL; Herman and his wife Viviene of NY, Gifford Jr. and his wife Maxine of Palm Bay,FL; six daughters Veronica Paul of Palm Bay, FL; Joyce Wynter of Palm Bay, FL; Regina Elliott and her husband Trevor of Palm Bay, FL; Delores Elliott and her husband Lloyd of Palm Bay, FL; Madge Simmons and her husband Melvin of Palm Bay, FL; and Sonia Lyn and her husband Jeffrey of Palm Bay, FL. Ninety Seven grand’s ,Great Grand’s and Great Great- Grand’s.

Services will be held beginning with visitation Friday April 10, 2015 at Fountainhead Funeral Home Chapel starting at 5:00pm with Funeral Services to be held Saturday April 11, 2015 1:00pm at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
