Frances J. Rhoa went to be with Jesus Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 6:30 AM. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, her three brothers and two sisters. Frances is survived by her sister Ruth, her two children: Barbara Cavener of Chesapeake, VA and James of Palm Bay; six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church of Melbourne Saturday June 14th at 4 PM. Funeral service will be held at Quail Spring Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, OK, Friday June 20th at 1 PM. Committal service and interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK.
For friends who wish, the family requests donation to First Baptist Church of Melbourne or Quail Spring Baptist Church of Oklahoma City in memory of Frances in lieu of flowers.
