For my mother and family... I appreciate all the love and support for and from the immediate family in our time of sorrow. All of the kinds words, thoughts, and prayers are just as beautiful as she was. Eve was a wonderful woman, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She will truly be missed and remembered by many!! I wish I had more time as I'm sure many of us do. The smiles, laughter, and thank you cards are what I will dwell on! I pray she is content and happy now that she is back with her soul mate, and I know she see's all the love we share for her. Rest in paradise and have peace forever more. To Jo Ann and Josie my truest condolences. I knew Eve for almost seven years. She was a volunteer at the Reference Department when I started working there. She always was on time and was very conscious of her work. We always talked about everything, family, kids, etc. She always was very sweet to me, I loved her like a mom. It was so shocking for me to hear from her passing, especially when I spoke with her a week before that. We talked about the latest Baldacci book, as she was an avid reader. That's why in her memory we will purchase a book and dedicating to her. I will surely miss seen her on Wednesday mornings, but I'm thankful and have the pleasure of calling her my friend. Love you, Eve!

We've seen Eva at 4 P.M. mass for several years, and sat near each other, with  a group, who all soon became friends. When she lost her husband, I expressed our sympathy to her, and after that, we became closer friends. She always had a hug, along with the "handshake of peace". We wished her well, on her surgery, and told her that she would be in our prayers for her recovery. Last Saturday, there was an empty space in her pew, and in our hearts. We miss her smile, and her hugs. Our deepest sympathy to her family. Sue and Ken Wicihowski

Eve's library family is at a loss today.  We all loved her and appreciated her weekly volunteerism for over ten years.  The staff of the Franklin T. DeGroodt Memorial Library extend their condolences to the family.

I met Eva when Rocky passed away. I work at the Funeral Home. Through out this past year, I was blessed with her presence every so often when she came into the office to pick up paper work or had a question.  She was always so sweet and thoughtful! She wrote me the nicest 'Thank You' card for spending some extra time with her and helping her one day. If she only realized how much she meant to me!  We shared some laughs and stories. We bonded. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I am truly shocked. But she is with Rocky, and I know she missed him bunches.  My condolences to the family.

Rick, Jo Ann, Gail - We are so sorry for your loss.  We will always remember the fun times we had in Florida and New York with Aunt Eva & Uncle Rocky.  They are now reunited.  We will miss her very much.  Our Love to all of you, Joe & Michele

To the entire Li Pera and Fredella families my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Aunt Eva.
