Born in Mineola, New York, she was the daughter of Charles and Pierrina Tallman. She was employed at Smithtown Central School District, supporting the food service organization as both chef and supervisor.
AnnaLee embodied the word “home”. Through her boundless love and affection, she provided warmth, comfort and safety- a home for all those who were lucky enough to have her in their lives. An empathetic listener, there was always a place at her kitchen table for connection and sharing. She used her life experience to support others, always. Her kind open-hearted nature brought such hope, and taught us all how to love.
She is survived by her husband, Chet, children, LeeAnn & Greg Jacobs, and Doug & Kim Emery; grandchildren, Heather & Dean Ferraro, Heidi & Gordon Jacobs, Holly Emery & Pedro Aldana, Michael Jacobs and Samantha Jacobs; and six great grandkids.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 followed by a celebration of life service at 4pm at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. She will be laid to rest at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmington, NY at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you open your heart, the way AnnaLee always did, and change the world around you for the better.
