Angel...excuse me "Aunt" Angel ;) but you were definitely more than just an aunt! You were a mom, a best friend, a fixer, a rock, a grandmother and so much more. You filled so many roles that you never intended to and you rocked the shit out of them!  I can only hope to be that type of woman you were and to eventually leave the type of legacy that you have left behind. You may be gone but one thing is certain, you could never be and will never be forgotten. Our hearts are broken, but we know that one day in the future, we will be together again.

Angel and I worked together for many years and shared so many fun memories.  She was tough, but kind and loyal.  She knew who her people were and was always there for them.  She worked hard and loved life.  Angel, I will always remember you.  Love and comfort to her family and many many friends. ❤️

I first met Angel around 2008.  We shared a common group of friends that would occasionally meet up at Rooney’s   Later on Angel would help to take care of my Mom after she was admitted to Life Care. 
We remained casual friends for years after that. I knew she was battling cancer back then. I would see her out and about and be in awe of her strength and grace during those awful times
In 2019, events and circumstances led us into a more serious personal relationship. She was such a wonderful and beautiful person inside and out. I will forever cherish the time we spent together. Rest easy my Angel. I love you and will miss you terribly. I hope to see you again on the other side.

I didn't know Angel for very long. I know she was a strong woman who took care of herself  by herself. She took care of her niece and nephews when her sister passed. I had the utmost respect and admiration for her. She was a powerhouse. We had fun drinking a few times too😃💞

Angel and I met through her Sister Terry at a friends birthday party over 25 years ago……we became fast friends…celebrated the same birthday every year since meeting….lots of wonderful trips….Cruises,Costa Rica, Key west,Philadelphia,etc…..Casino trips…family gatherings…I’m going to miss you so much Angela❤️ Please hug all our family and friends in heaven and keep sending us hugs down here until we meet again…we will raise that grand mariner for you🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

As the days have passed, so many memories have come to mind - playing school sports, Spanish class, sneaking INTO school (“who DOES that?”) and getting caught, concerts, coffee talk with Maggie and Terry,  fights and rough housing and hearing Maggie yell, “when the hell are you two gonna grow up?!”,  sharing  holidays with each other’s families,  your grandmother’s soups, aunt’s desserts and playing cards and Risk, Joe’s famous Super Bowl parties and playing drinking games with him and “the big boys”, hiding out at Terry’s , road trips - especially the Florida trip,  where we always seemed to wind up on a dead end road (even on prom night!), snakes - Angel was the ultimate ball  buster who could take it ALMOST as much as she dished it out. 
Although there were times our lives  took different paths, you were and always will be in my heart.   I couldn’t think of a better person to grow up with, as we eventually did. 
Rest In peace, my friend knowing you fought the good fight.  You did a great job.   I hope to catch you on the other side someday.
To Pop and the Malito family, thank you for always making me feel like a part of your family.  I love you all.

Oh the memories! She helped raise the man of my dreams♡ Determined to dance with him at our wedding, she bounced back after having multiple surgeries in the weeks before our big day. Strong, stubborn, crazy, or maybe a little of all of the above, she did it! She even faked him out during the dollar dance and paid me for a dance!! Just a couple months later, she asked us to move in with her. Of course we said, OK!!! It’s almost as if she knew what was coming. On our one year anniversary, we forced her, as she said, to go with us to Colorado. I believe she wanted to go :) We had fun! Living together was….. everything! Good, bad, silly, serious, confusing and well, everything. I am very thankful for the time we had together. Some days, we would both be up super early in the morning. She called it our ‘witching hour’. There was no witchcraft, but we did have many magical moments♡ She is and will always be extremely missed.
