He was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Marys. He was also a member of the Eagle’s Club.
Albert started Ironworking in 1942 and travelled the US working, but spent 20 years before retirement in Nitro, WV working for the Ironworkers’ Union, to which he belonged to Locals 787 & 549. A true outdoorsman, Albert loved hunting, fishing, and shrimping.
Albert was preceded in death by two brothers: Lenza Rinehart Jr. of Fairview, WV and Foster Rinehart of Mannington, WV; three sisters: Naomi Toothman of IL, Leola Haught of IL, and Bonnie Steele of Belmont, WV; two sons: Joseph L. Rinehart(Vietnam, USMC, 5/30/1967) and Albert Wayne Rinehart (3/31/2014), and two grandchildren: Tanner Michael Parker(7/6/03) and Missy Rinehart(1/4/2013).
He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Carrie Rinehart of W. Melbourne, FL; two sons: Jerry(Marylou) Rinehart of Welaka, FL and Tom(Debbie) Rinehart of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Julie (John Griffin) Rinehart of Akron, OH; daughter-in-law: Lyn Rinehart of Melbourne, FL; sister, Alberta Haught of St. Marys, WV; 8 grandchildren: Stacy(Kevin) Parker of Dallas, TX, Carrie(Chuck) Schrier of Valkaria, FL, Shelley(Billy) Hart of Atlantic Beach, FL, Kristin Marshall of Palm Bay, FL, JoEllen(Justin) Newton of Houston, TX, Jackie Rinehart of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Heather Rinehart of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Christy Rinehart of Port St. Lucie, FL; and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, (5/1) at 11AM at Fountainhead Funeral Home.
