Mom, thank you for waiting till I arrived before passing. It gave me great comfort.  
i will remember our wonderful travels and the hours of laughter and joy they brought us for a life time. We carry you in our hearts forever.  Missing you!!

I will say a special prayer for your mom. So glad you were able to be there for her passing. My very best thoughts and prayers are with you all today and in the days ahead.

What a sweet, wonderful lady, we had the privilege of knowing through her daughter, Lynna.....   I will always remember her sense of humor and love of family, as well as how she treated me a "one of her own".  You will be missed, dear friend.

I am Bette's eldest child. It is an honour to be the eldest of the four children. Mom's greatest achievement was making a family. She was the heart of our family. She kept us all in touch with each other as we aged and moved away from home. She was the creator and defender of family traditions. Those traditions are so important in bonding a family together. Mom was a great wife and molded to us what that looked like. She and Dad were married for 63 years, and they had a wonderful, happy, fulfilling marriage. Nothing was more important to Mom than her family. She was one of the nicest women ever. Even in her last few days, having difficulty speaking she found the breath to say, "thank you very much" to her nurse. Mom had a wonderful sense of humor and she passed that along to the rest of us. She had the ability to make people feel comfortable and I've read that skill is the one that demonstrates true grace and elegance. Mom will be missed unbelievably much. I am what I am today because of my Mother and my Father. They are the two most important, memorable and trustworthy people I have ever had in my life. I will miss my Mom every day of the rest of my life.
