R.B. Johnson

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 28, 2010, at the chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Rev. W.L. Sheffield officiating. A committal service with Masonic Rites will immediately follow the service at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home Thursday, October 28, from 10 a.m. until service time. All services will conclude at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnson was a member of Ozark Baptist Church as well as Masonic Lodge #908, Scottish Rite 32 KCCH, York Rite, and a past Shriner. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII and later retired from the Army National Guard having a total military service time of 24 years.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Evelyn F. Johnson, of Ozark, AL; three sons: Jerry D. Johnson (Sandy) of Columbia, SC, James Terry Johnson (Dottie) of Dothan, AL, and Mark A. Johnson (Mary) of Ozark, AL; one brother, Clanton Johnson of Mississippi; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
