Evie Lucille Wright Willis

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 in the chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Skeen officiating. Burial will follow at Ewell Cemetery with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday, October 20 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Willis was born August 31, 1939 in Dale County, Alabama to Cazzie and Evie Enfinger Wright.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jerry Willis.

Mrs. Willis is survived by her husband of 58 years, Leon “Bud” Willis of Ozark; her son, Ricky Willis (Denise) of Midland City; her grandchildren, Cody Willis and Michelle Willis; her sister, Kate Dossett of Ozark; and her brother, James Wright of Dothan; her brother and sisters-in-law, Lomax Willis (Jeanette) of Ozark and Anita Gunter (Guice) of Ozark; also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Willis, Gary Willis, Scott Brown, Mark Brown, Danny Dossett, Danny Willis and Jamie Willis.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Carmel UMC Building Fund, Attn: Denise Willis (Treasurer), 7278 S. Co. Rd. 59, Midland City, AL. 36350.
