Victor is survived by sister Betty Recalde, brother Mario Recalde, brother Guztavo Recalde, brother Marco Recalde, brother Luis Recalde and sister Martha Recalde.

A rosary service will occur Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 401 West Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, 5400 Valentine Rd., Ventura, CA 93003.
