A visitation for Robert will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Oxnard, 401 West Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033. A rosary will occur Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 401 West Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Santa Clara Catholic Church, 323 South E. Street, Oxnard, CA 93030. A burial will occur Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 11:20 AM to 12:00 PM at Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery, 2370 North H Street, Oxnard, CA 93036.

Obituary

Robert P. Segovia, AKA Moose, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2018 at the age of 68 surrounded by family.

Robert is survived by his wife Maria; children Sergio, Eric, David (Sylvia); grandchildren Athena and Wyatt; many brother and sister-in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Rebecca Segovia.

Robert was a life long resident of Oxnard. He attended Oxnard High School in which he was a star athlete. He served our country by joining the army. After his service he married the love of his life Maria and had three sons. Robert was employed by the City of Oxnard for close to 40 years. He had many past times including softball, basketball, bowling, golfing, camping, cooking, playing cards, going to the casino, watching movies and spending time with friends and family. Robert always had a good outlook, never had a bad thing to say and accepted everyone no matter their faults. He will be truly missed.
