Elsa was a great mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. Elsa completed high school in Chihuahua and moved on to pursuing her education as a beautician. Her career was cut short due to becoming married, having a child, and moving to the United States. She shortly spent some time in agricultural fields and later moved on to working in factories as an electronic assembler. Although she had her weekly job, what truly brought Elsa joy was working at the Ventura swapmeet. Elsa took pride in her work because she had confidence that her items were always beautiful and well kept.
Elsa also took pride in supporting her family through their endeavors. Nothing made Elsa happier than seeing her family happy and succeeding.
Elsa was a happy, silly, optimistic, and an honest person. She never sugar-coated things and that is what made her such a strong independent woman. Honesty, strength, and happiness is what Elsa would like her family and friends to have as they cope through this difficult time and as they continue to live life.
Elsa is survived by her children: Cesar Jimenez (wife Veronica Jimenez), Ramon Jimenez (girlfriend Rebecca Jimenez), Karina Flores (husband Miguel Flores), and Elsa Perez (boyfriend Rico Curry); grandchildren Justin Flores, Joel Jimenez, Adam Flores, Janelle Jimenez, and Joshua Jimenez.
Elsa’s services are as follows: Public Viewing at Funeraria Del Angel February 1, 2018 6pm-9pm, Rosary 7pm. February 2, 2018 Final Viewing 10am, service 11am, and graveside service will follow at Pierce Brother’s Santa Paula Cemetery.
